1. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The items must be in unused, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

You will receive a refund confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
4. Refund Timeframe
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note:

Credit/debit card payments may take at least 14 business days to reflect on your bank statement after processing.

PayPal refunds typically take at least 14 days, and in some regions, legal or regulatory requirements may delay PayPal refunds up to 30 days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Any items found to be worn, damaged, or not in original condition may be refused.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and customers must follow the return process above.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at help@clothingwiki.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and, if validated, issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
