6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, with no requirement to state a reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

6.2 Refund Processing Time

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. However, it may take at least 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment account.

  • Refunds to PayPal accounts may take at least 14 days, and in some regions, local laws require up to 30 days to complete PayPal refunds.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
